Vickie Pfannenstiel
Vickie Pfannenstiel is a third-generation concrete professional, lifelong entrepreneur, and licensed real estate professional with deep roots in the Kansas City community. Growing up in the concrete industry, with her father owning and operating his own concrete business, Vickie developed an early understanding of hard work, craftsmanship, and what it takes to build a successful company.
She carried that experience forward as co-founder and owner of Concrete Design of KC, helping build the company from the ground up into one of Kansas City’s established concrete contractors. Over the years, Vickie has played an integral role in the company’s growth, bringing decades of experience in leadership, operations, customer service, and business development.
That same entrepreneurial mindset and dedication carries into her work in real estate. As a licensed real estate professional, Vickie understands that buying or selling a home is both a major financial decision and a personal one. She approaches every client relationship with honesty, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident decisions.
