Raised in a family business, Cole has spent years working alongside Concrete Design of KC, Inc., one of the Kansas City area’s established concrete and foundation contractors. This unique background provides clients with valuable insight into home construction, quality, site development, and long-term property value—knowledge that extends far beyond a traditional real estate transaction.

Since obtaining his real estate license, Cole has successfully guided buyers and sellers through more than $16 million in sales volume and over 30 closed transactions. He is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Cole specializes in luxury homes, new construction, lakefront properties, and residential real estate throughout Kansas City, the Northland, Johnson County, and Lake of the Ozarks.
